Secondly coming on the product i just loved this protein
Mix ability is fab
Taste is true to the flavour
All flavours are good
My personal favourite is Cafe Mocha and cookies and cream
No digestive issue
I have used this product for 6-7 months it is giving me results which I expected
This Rule 1 protein is the best replacement for Dymatize iso 100 and one science nutrition iso gold .
I Personally have used Most of the brands
Genuinely i feel Rule 1 has become my personal favourite
Its amino profile is at the very best .
