How to Use: Proathlix BCAA supplement powder offers its best when taken during workouts or post-workout depending upon the effects you want to induce. During Workout The constituents of BCAAs are light and hence the supplement can be easily incorporated within your intense routines. You can refuel with a BCAA drink to help boost your energy as it goes go directly to the muscle cells and helps them preserve glycogen—your body’s primary fuel. When taken Post-workout When consumed within 45-60 minutes of wrapping up your workouts, the supplement stimulates the process of protein synthesis and muscle growth. Recommended dosage - 0.03-0.05g/kg body weight per hour or 2-4g per hour during exercise and post-workout. BCAAs shouldn’t be consumed more than 3 times a day (depending on the serving size and concentration). The powder can be taken with water or a sports drink.
