RECOMMENDED USAGE

When to consume:
- Add 480-500ml of water or milk to a shaker
- Add 3 heaping scoops of powder (182g approx.)
- Shake well until it is completely mixed
- Consume immediately
Consume 1-2 servings per day or as advised by the dietician.
TIP: Use a glass instead of a shaker if excessive frothing occurs. Pour liquid first and then add powder to reduce the formation of lumps. You can adjust the intensity of flavour by slightly varying the amount of liquid to prepare it.
