My need was for a good magneisum supplement, and naturally when I read reviews of Z-Force by Dymatize, I went right ahead and ordered it from Nutrabay. The first week, I had taken two tablets on three consecutive days. however for the first two days. I did not see any effect at all, later, in hindsight, I realised just how depleted I had become of these essential minerals!
The effect started kicking in, on the fourth day, when I found myself drowsy during the daytime. I did not take it for the next four days. and I had pretty good and deep sleep every night. I have been taking it twice a week now, one capsule a time, and it is pretty effective, especially after a good session at the gym. My stamina levels have also risen, allowing an increase in my lifting thresholds, after several months of a plateau. I have shared it with a friend. some capsules, and his sleep deprivation issues were sorted from day one! However I would not carry on with it at such intervals, for the body is better off producing testosterone naturally, and exercising well is the best way to allow for that. I would recommend this magical while capsule for those who have low energy levels and disturbed sleep patters that often are a cause of low energy levels, and i recommend it temporarily and sparingly, NOT AT ALL to be taken three caps a day nor even daily!
