A basic & simple breakdown of what, why and remedies to resolve the "issues" some might have with it.
· Different to their whey concentrate. The taste is less noticeable and is much finer as far as the powder is concerned.
· Probably the cheapest isolate out there, allows you the freedom to flavor it yourself, has nothing extra added to it that you wouldn't like and is pretty light on the stomach.
· The taste may be the biggest issue out there to some. I personally don't mind it but if you really need to, I feel two bananas work like a charm. Add some sugar if you want.
Yes, sugar. Add it if it fits your macros. Before you come at me with your sharpened barbell rods, listen. Everything i.e, gaining muscle, losing fat is a numbers game. If it fits your macros you're golden. You can get away with the worst sort of food if you fit it into your macros. Just focus on progressive overload in the gym and you'll turn out just fine.
Basically, be in a hypocaloric state to lose fat and hypercaloric state to gain muscle.
It's not a magic product. It'll work really darn well at a really affordable price if you allow it to. Just don't go around expecting to turn into a monster overnight or get demoralized if you don't see "results" in 2 days. Sometimes I'm amazed at just how impatient and unrealistic people can be.
